Whistle- blower
Essem Design promotes a culture of openness, responsibility and consideration. Our whistleblower function gives everyone the opportunity to safely report suspicions of serious misconduct that violates the law, internal rules or our values – without risk of reprisals.
Daring to speak up is an important part of our work with sustainability and ethics.
When should whistleblowing be used?
This function is used when you suspect:
- Violations of the law or corruption
- Environmental crimes or serious deviations in the work environment and safety
- Discrimination, harassment or other serious irregularities
- Misuse of company resources or violations of the code of conduct
- Serious deficiencies in the supply chain or business ethics
Issues relating to day-to-day cooperation, work environment issues or well-being should instead be raised with your immediate manager or safety representative.
You can report directly using the form below. Write “whistleblower” in the name field if you wish to remain anonymous.
