Everything in its right place
When everything has its spot, getting ready gets easier. A low hook for the jacket, a bench to sit on while shoes go on, a basket for hats and gloves. Give each thing a place and the morning routine starts to run itself.
Make it their space
A hallway feels like theirs when they help shape it. Let them pick the colour, choose where their hook goes, or claim a shelf of their own. When the space belongs to them, taking care of it comes naturally.
Don't forget the googly eyes. A hook, a hat rack, an umbrella - in their world, anything can be a character.
