Tamburin Family
Tamburin is a series of smart hallway furniture with a neat appearance but a sturdy build, made to withstand the contrasting Nordic seasons and to make life in the hallway beautiful and easy. The family consists of a hook strip with foldable hooks and hat- and shoe rack built with precision and high quality materials. Choose between different widths, colourways and materials to make it yours.

The Tamburin range came out of Andreas Klippinge’s desire to design something ‘super-functional’. He settled on a hat and shoe rack, important for Swedish homes and indispensable where the Scandinavian climate with its wide seasonal variations places big demands on the performance of the hallway.
The Tamburin Hook strip is a true hero in the hallway – adaptable to your instant need. Every hook can with a simple gesture fold and protrude just above the wooden ledge. This is the outcome of precise manufacturing techniques and a simple but perfected mechanical movement. Choose between three different widths for the small or large hallway.
Each product in the Tamburin series comes in different colors; oak, white and black in various combinations for the hook strip and oak/black and black stained oak/black for the hat and shoe rack.

‘...function is always in focus, it is the basis of the series, a straight and rounded shape follows.’
-Andreas Klippinge

The angle of the frames reveals the purposeful simplicity of Tamburin, the precision of the design and the high quality of the materials. Despite its neat appearance, the Tamburin collection is very robust. The Tamburin range came out of designer Andreas Klippinge’s desire to design something ‘super-functional’. He settled on a free-standing shoe rack, important for Swedish homes and indispensable where the Scandinavian climate with its wide seasonal variations places big demands on the performance of the hallway. The latest addition to the family is the hook strip, where as Andreas puts it when developing the hook strip addition ‘...function is always in focus, it is the basis of the series, a straight and rounded shape follows.’
