Creating warm welcomings for the apartments at View Åre

Åre has become a well-visited destination all year around with its remarkable nature, wide access to sports activities as well as relaxing atmosphere. The constructing specialist Fastec is leading the construction of 119 exclusive apartments divided in to five buildings – all within a walking distance to central Åre. The project goes under the name View Åre and has involved specialists in a wide range of areas.

We are proud that Essem Design received the thrust to deliver the hallway interior for the View Åre project. With great care we planned out the hallway look to ensure a warm first impression of the apartments. The hallway interior aligns with the apartment as a whole – with focus on black robust products.

– Essem Design could meet the needs in the project. They adapted the work in the factory to make sure they could enable the big delivery. Last spring Essem Design delivered hat and shoe racks, hook strips, storing baskets as well as a folding chairs for the first 24 apartments that was ready for occupation in May 2021, Ahlsell states in a press release.
